When Refunds Are Available
League Cancellation:
If the FBC 3×3 Basketball League cannot provide a complete division for your child’s grade level, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee
Before First Game:
If you withdraw your child from the league before the first game on March 27, 2025, you may request a refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee.
When Refunds Are Not Available
After the first game:
Once the first game has been played, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Player injury or illness
- Schedule conflicts
- Family emergencies
- Moving or relocation
- Dissatisfaction with team placement
- The player’s decision to quit mid-season
Partial Season Refunds:
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for missed games, regardless of the reason.
Why This Policy Exists
When you register, we commit resources to your child’s spot, including:
- Team jerseys ordered and customized
- Court time reserved and paid for
- Referee assignments and scheduling
- League insurance and administrative costs
- Division structure and game scheduling
These costs are incurred before the season starts, which is why refunds are not available after the first game.
How to Request a Refund
If you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact us as soon as possible:

- Subject Line: “Refund Request – [Player Name] – [Grade Division]”
Include in your email:
- Player’s full name
- Team name (if applicable)
- Registration date
- Reason for refund request
- Payment confirmation or receipt
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
